With her father, retired Mason City Officer - Duane Kemna, as a role model, Kaitlyn has always had a deep understanding of victims, families, and first responders. She partners with local agencies to pursue justice and support victims by actively serving in victim advocacy organizations. Her experience spans homicide, child pornography, OWIs, and traffic offenses, with an emphasis on compassion, accountability, and collaboration across the justice system.
